Knibbs seals late win for Charlton over Watford
Charlton Athletic claimed a late win at The Valley to start its EFL Championship campaign on the right note with a 1-0 over Watford.
It was the Hornets that had the majority of possession, but Charlton was more threatening with the ball, creating the better of the chances for both sides.
But it seemed neither side would break the deadlock until Harvey Knibbs found the back of the net in the fourth minute of stoppage-time to give the Addicks the perfect start to the new season.
