Egypt begin their 2026 Futsal AFCON campaign on Tuesday, October 13 against Tanzania at the Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat. The match kicks off at 12:00 PM ET and will be available live on beIN SPORTS.

Egypt want to reclaim the African crown

The Pharaohs enter Group B as one of the main contenders thanks to their experience and a history that includes three continental titles, won in 1996, 2000 and 2004. Egypt share the tournament record with Morocco and will look to improve on their fourth-place finish at the 2024 edition.

Their goal is clear: return to the final and reclaim a trophy they have not lifted in more than two decades.
