Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. Already Followed by European Giant Where CR7 Made History
The son of the Portuguese legend made his debut for Portugal U-15 and is already drawing interest from Manchester United, the club where his father rose to global stardom.
A Debut That Turned Heads
At just 14 years old, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. made his first appearance with the Portugal U-15 national team during the Vlatko Markovic international tournament held in Croatia. Coming on as a substitute, he helped secure a 4-1 victory against Japan, wearing the iconic number 7—synonymous with his father’s legacy.

But more than the result, it was the young forward’s presence that stole the spotlight. A total of 16 European clubs reportedly sent scouts to monitor his performance. Among them was Manchester United, the club where Cristiano Ronaldo became a global icon, and which is now keeping close tabs on his son’s development.
Manchester United’s Sentimental Advantage
Cristiano Jr. is no stranger to the Red Devils. During his father’s second stint at Old Trafford, he played in the club’s youth academy and even shared training sessions with Kai Rooney, son of Wayne Rooney. That prior connection could give Manchester United a unique emotional edge if the youngster becomes available.
Currently, the young Ronaldo plays for the youth system of Al-Nassr, where his father stars in the Saudi Pro League, but his future appears to be heading toward Europe. Other clubs expressing interest include Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham, Juventus, Inter, and RB Leipzig.
On social media, Cristiano Ronaldo didn’t hide his pride following his son’s national team debut: “Congratulations on your debut with Portugal, son. Very proud of you.”
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. is still in the early stages of his career, but he’s already attracting global attention. With Manchester United back in the picture, many wonder if the young forward will follow in his father's footsteps—possibly even at the very same club where a legacy began.
