Pachuca shocked all the Brazilian fans present in Doha by thrashing the Mexican team, thanks to an outstanding performance by Idrissi, Nelsol Deossa, and Salomón Rondón, with the latter scoring the goal that sealed the "Tuzos'" dominant win.
The goal came after a great counterattack from the visiting team, and after a series of passes in the opponent's box, Rondón entered the edge of the area unchallenged. Following a sensational pass from Idrissi, the Venezuelan player finished the play with a powerful left-foot shot that left the opposing goalkeeper with no chance.
