Ancelotti Says Tebas "Disrespects Millions of Madridistas"
Carlo Ancelotti, head coach of Real Madrid, responded to LaLiga president Javier Tebas, stating that calling the club "crybabies" is disrespectful to millions of Madridistas. He also urged Tebas to focus on solving key issues in Spanish football rather than repeatedly discussing Madrid.

"Tebas talks too much about Real Madrid. Since I’ve been here, he has spoken about the club many times. What surprises me most is that he disrespects millions of Madridistas. There are more important issues in Spanish football, and a president should focus on solving them," Ancelotti said in a press conference.
Ancelotti Reacts to Tebas’ Controversial Comments
Ancelotti's response comes after Javier Tebas said on Monday that he was "ashamed as a Madridista" due to the club’s stance on refereeing decisions. However, the Italian coach remained more reserved when asked about the Negreira case and what would have happened if Real Madrid had been involved.
"I can't say what would have happened if this involved Real Madrid. What I see is that there is an ongoing legal process. The football world has been patient for two years, and we must continue to wait for the final judicial resolution," he stated.
Real Madrid vs. LaLiga: Growing Tensions
The ongoing friction between Real Madrid and LaLiga’s leadership continues to make headlines, especially regarding refereeing controversies and the Negreira case. With Ancelotti’s team fighting for LaLiga, the Champions League, and the Copa del Rey, these off-field disputes only add fuel to an already intense season.

Ancelotti to Rotate Squad in Copa del Rey

With his sights set on the upcoming challenges, Carlo Ancelotti will opt for rotations in San Sebastián. Although the team has comfortably advanced past Deportiva Minera, Celta, and Leganés in this Copa del Rey, Ancelotti will keep his eye on the return leg and other priority competitions. Expect several changes to the starting lineup, with players like Antonio Rüdiger, Dani Ceballos, and Jude Bellingham returning to the first XI. The coach will also hand the starting goalkeeper spot to Andriy Lunin, who has had a reduced role this season behind Thibaut Courtois, while Lucas Vázquez and Fran García will play the right and left-back positions, respectively.
