Barcelona vs. Osasuna Suspended Due to Team Doctor's Passing
The game, part of LaLiga Matchday 27, has been postponed until further notice. Club sources informed EFE that Carles Miñarro, 40, passed away suddenly at the team's hotel.
The match between Barcelona and Osasuna, scheduled for this Saturday at Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, was suspended following the passing of the Blaugrana team doctor, Carles Miñarro, as confirmed by the Catalan club.
Postponement Due to Force Majeure

Barcelona players themselves requested the match's suspension after learning of the news. Given that it was a case of force majeure, LaLiga regulations allow for the game's postponement. Both the league and Osasuna approved the suspension, and it will now be up to the Spanish football authorities to set a new date for the fixture.
Announcement at Montjuïc
At 8:42 PM, just 18 minutes before kickoff, Barcelona announced the cancellation of the match via the stadium's public address system. Moments earlier, Osasuna's coaching staff had informed the team's goalkeepers, who were the only players warming up on the field.
In an official statement, Barcelona expressed its condolences: "The Board of Directors and all employees of FC Barcelona wish to extend our deepest condolences to family and friends, standing with them in these difficult times."
