Kylian Mbappé Sanction Revealed After Brutal Kick in Alavés vs. Real Madrid: How Many Games? More Than One Will Infuriate!
The RFEF Competition Committee has imposed a one-match suspension on Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé following his direct red card during the LaLiga EA Sports match against Alavés. The sanction means the French forward will miss Real Madrid’s next game and has also been fined.
Mbappé’s Red Card Incident: What Happened?
In the 38th minute of the match, Mbappé was sent off for a reckless challenge on Alavés midfielder Antonio Blanco. The referee’s report, signed by César Soto Grado, detailed the foul as: “A studs-up tackle at shin height on an opponent, using excessive force.”
The RFEF applied Article 52 of the Disciplinary Code, citing a “violent act during play,” to justify the one-match ban and additional fine for the Real Madrid forward.
Mbappé’s Apology to Teammates and Blanco
Aware of the severity of his actions, Mbappé issued an apology to both his Real Madrid teammates and Antonio Blanco. The gesture reflects the player’s acknowledgment of the mistake, though it won’t reverse the suspension.
Other Sanctions from the Alavés Match
The same game saw Alavés defender Manu Sánchez receive a one-match ban for a similar offense, also resulting in a direct red card. Meanwhile, Getafe’s Diego Rico faces an identical punishment and will miss his team’s next fixture.
Additional Players Suspended for Card Accumulation
The RFEF also announced one-match bans for several players due to yellow card accumulation:
- Kike Salas (Sevilla)
- Dani Raba (Leganés)
- Martín Zubimendi (Real Sociedad)
- Javi Puado (Espanyol)
- Álvaro Mouriño (Alavés)
These suspensions will impact their respective teams’ lineups in the upcoming LaLiga matchday.
Impact on Real Madrid’s Next Match
With Mbappé sidelined, Real Madrid faces a challenge in their attacking lineup for the next LaLiga EA Sports game. Fans and analysts alike are eager to see how the team adjusts without one of their key players.
