Mbappé Extends His Lead in the Race for the Pichichi
Kylian Mbappé continues to rule the scoring charts in LaLiga after finding the net again and widening the gap over his closest challengers.
French striker Kylian Mbappé returned to scoring form after two matches without a goal. While his strike wasn’t enough to secure a victory for Real Madrid, it did allow him to extend his advantage atop the LaLiga EA Sports scoring table, where he now sits with 14 goals.
The Madrid star now leads by six goals over Robert Lewandowski of Barcelona and Vedat Muriqi of Mallorca, who both sit at eight goals. Muriqi caught up to the Polish forward thanks to his brace against Osasuna, putting him one clear of Argentine Julián Álvarez of Atlético de Madrid and Ferran Torres of Barcelona.
