According to PSG’s medical team, Donnarumma suffered "facial trauma" with "multiple wounds" after being struck in the face by Wilfried Singo’s studs during the game on Wednesday at Monaco’s Stade Louis II.
Substituted in the 20th minute due to the injury, Donnarumma returned to Paris with the team later that night. PSG’s official statement confirmed that further medical examinations are scheduled for Thursday to assess the severity of his injuries.
