“At first, it was difficult. It’s obvious because if it were easy, I think everyone would do it. When I arrived here, there was an adaptation process. Everything is faster. But this period has already ended, and it’s time to show why I came to Auxerre.”

He also confessed that his mentor is a legend of Auxerre, who was internationally capped 41 times for France and won a Champions League with Liverpool: “There are many things that made me choose Auxerre. I had offers that gave me more money. But I thought this was the best opportunity for me. Djibril Cissé also insisted.
