NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes and global football icon Lionel Messi teamed up in a brand-new Adidas ad that’s gone viral. Titled “You Got This”, the campaign shows both legends working out together in a fun, light-hearted training session full of friendly banter and mutual respect.

A friendly challenge between two greats

In the video, set in a gym, Mahomes and Messi are side by side on treadmills. They start playfully increasing each other’s speed, turning it into a fun little competition. The commercial wraps up with the message: “We all need someone who makes us believe we can do it”, capturing the spirit of pushing each other to be better—no matter the sport.

This isn’t the first time these two stars have crossed paths. They met during the Super Bowl 2025, where Messi was in the stands watching Mahomes lead the Kansas City Chiefs. Later on, Mahomes attended an Inter Miami match and praised the Argentine’s skill and leadership.
