All Goals from Bournemouth vs Manchester United in the Premier League
Manchester United once again showcased worrying signs as they were held to a 1-1 draw against Bournemouth this Saturday in the Premier League, despite playing with a one-man advantage for over 30 minutes after Evanilson’s red card.
A Team Without Direction in the Premier League
With no real hopes left in the domestic league, Rúben Amorim’s side now clings to their Europa League semifinal clash against Athletic Club as their only chance to salvage an otherwise forgettable season.
The performance at Bournemouth exposed, yet again, United’s lack of collective ideas and heavy reliance on individual moments.
Alejandro Garnacho was the only real bright spot in the first half, creating multiple chances, but it was Bournemouth who struck first: Semenyo scored in the 21st minute after a brilliant backheel assist from Evanilson.

Evanilson's Red Card Fails to Shift the Game
Even after Evanilson was shown a straight red card in the 70th minute for a harsh foul on Mazraoui, Manchester United struggled to capitalize on their numerical advantage. In fact, they nearly conceded a second goal, with Ouattara hitting the post from a free-kick.
It wasn’t until stoppage time that Rasmus Højlund managed to find the equalizer from close range — only his second goal in his last 29 official matches.
With their Premier League campaign effectively over, Manchester United will now focus all their energy on the Europa League, where they will travel to San Mamés to face Athletic Club next Thursday. Only a European title could partially redeem a season that has fallen far short of expectations at Old Trafford.
