Just hours before the match between Liverpool and PSG at Anfield, the mysterious confrontation between two Liverpool stars during the team's last training session, led by Arne Slot, remains unresolved. It involved Mohamed Salah and Alexander-Arnold, who were caught on camera pushing each other.

Alexander-Arnold wasn’t amused by Salah's joke

At first, it seemed like a theatrical act orchestrated by both players to keep the press entertained before the match instead of focusing on other issues. In fact, Mohamed Salah had a wide smile on his face while pushing Trent Alexander-Arnold.

However, the feeling is that the English player, who is closely linked with Real Madrid to sign as a free agent next summer, was not taking it as lightly as his teammate Mohamed Salah. Perhaps, Alexander-Arnold is an excellent actor, but he didn’t smile once.

Did it all end as a funny anecdote between Salah and Alexander-Arnold?

While Salah continued to joke around with Trent Alexander-Arnold, several of the Liverpool teammates noticed that the English player wasn’t enjoying the joke. Later, ‘Liverpool Echo’ clarified that it was “a lighthearted joke between two teammates.” It seems that it all ended up being a minor anecdote without any significance.
