This Is How the UEFA Champions League Semifinals Shaped Up
Four giants remain in the race for the most coveted club trophy in Europe. Here’s what’s next for Arsenal, PSG, Barcelona, and Inter Milan.
The first leg will be played at the Emirates Stadium, with the return fixture at the Parc des Princes—a high-stakes showdown between two teams desperate to etch their names in European football history.
A Rematch With History: Barcelona vs Inter
On the other side of the bracket, Barcelona and Inter Milan will face off in a rematch of their famous 2009/10 semifinal encounter. Back then, the Italian side emerged victorious and went on to win the title at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The Catalan squad, now led by Hansi Flick, comfortably dispatched Borussia Dortmund and will host the first leg at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, before heading to the roaring San Siro for the decisive return leg.
The first legs are set for April 29 and 30, with the second legs to be played on May 6 and 7. The grand final of the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League will take place at Allianz Arena in Munich.
