"After the tests conducted today on our player Ferland Mendy by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a muscle injury in the left hamstring," the club said in a statement on their website. Possible Timelines and Missed Matches

In the best-case scenario, Ferland Mendy will miss just three matches: one in La Liga against Villarreal and Leganés, and another in the Copa del Rey against Real Sociedad, as it coincides with the international break. He is expected to be available for the Champions League quarterfinals against Arsenal.

However, if his recovery takes a month, Mendy will only be able to play in the second leg of the quarterfinals. This is the third muscle issue Mendy has had this season, and in the previous two, he was out for 11 and 12 days, respectively.
