Trabzonspor hosts Ferencvárosi Torna Club needing a comeback to keep its Europa League campaign alive. The Turkish side lost the first leg of the Playoffs 1-0 and now looks to turn the tie around with Mohamed Salah as one of its biggest attacking threats.

Ferencvárosi Torna Club routed Trabzonspor in the second leg of their Europa League Playoff tie, in a match that swung early after Ruslan Malinovskyi was sent off and later saw the Turkish side reduced to nine men following Sidny Lopes Cabral's dismissal.

The Hungarian side already held a 1-0 advantage from the first leg and made the most of its numerical superiority to control the return match and extend its lead in the tie.

Mohamed Salah enters after scoring his first brace

One of the main players to watch will be Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian is already familiar with Ferencváros, having made his first Trabzonspor start against the Hungarian side in the first leg.

Since then, Salah has started to make a bigger impact.

After coming off the bench for his Süper Lig debut against Kasımpaşa, he started against İstanbul Başakşehir and responded by scoring his first two goals for Trabzonspor.

Salah opened the scoring in the eighth minute, nearly added a spectacular long-range goal and later completed his brace. He even found the net for a third time, but the goal was ruled out for offside.

His performance helped Trabzonspor secure a 2-1 victory, its first Süper Lig win of the season.
