Dybala stunner helps lift Roma in Serie A
A superb free-kick from Paulo Dybala, plus goals from Lorenzo Pellegrini, Romelu Lukaku and a Leandro Paredes penalty, saw Roma cruise past Monza with a 4-1 victory that lifted it to fifth place on the Serie A table.
Dybala's set-piece stunner came in the 63rd minute after Roma had gone in at half-time 2-0 up thanks to a great inidivdual goal from Pellegrini and a tap-in for Lukaku, his first goal since Daniele De Rossi took the coaching reins.
Dybala assisted Lukaku's strike before banging in his own to make it 3-0 and Paredes smashed a penalty home with eight minutes to go before Andrea Carboni scored arguably the best goal of the contest with a bullet from range that flew into the top corner to give Monza some consolation.
