The No.2 seed won 6-4 6-0 in an hour and 21 minutes, and has a huge chance to claim the title after Kamil Majchrzak upset Daniil Medvedev to claim the other spot in the showpiece on Monday (AEST).
De Minaur initially struggled, falling 3-0 behind in the first set after Mannarino broke the Australian's serve.
However, De Minaur responded well, converting three consecutive break points, but he lost another service game of his own on his way to clinching the first.
The world No.6 did not look back from there, this time taking a 3-0 lead of his own in the second set to pile the pressure on Mannarino.
The Frenchman did his best to try and get on the board, saving three break points in the fifth game, but could not deny De Minaur at the fourth time of asking, with the latter then sealing victory with his second match point a game later.
“[I'm] super happy. It was a very tricky match against a tricky opponent and tricky conditions,” De Minaur said in his on-court interview.
“There was not a lot of top spin being played today, so it made some interesting rallies and I’m super happy to be here in the final.”
De Minaur has already enjoyed some success in the Netherlands this season, having won in Rotterdam back in February.
The 27-year-old Australian has largely struggled since, with his only other semi-final appearance, prior to this tournament, coming in Hamburg just before the French Open.
“The Netherlands has been a very good country for me,” the 27-year-old, who won this title in 2024, said.
“I’m hoping I can get the job done tomorrow and that would be a great ending to an unbelievable week.”
De Minaur is gaining momentum at the right time, with Wimbledon coming up after his Queen's campaign next week, which starts with a clash against Gabriel Diallo.
But he has one last test to come at Rosmalen, which will be his 21st ATP Tour-level final, and he has reached the showpiece without dropping a set.
De Minaur is also looking to make a bit of history. Should he win the final, he will become only the second man to win both Dutch ATP Tour events in the same season after Richard Krajicek achieved that feat in 1997.
Majchrzak will be playing in his first ATP Tour final after causing a huge upset in the semi-final against Russian star Medvedev to win 7-6 (7-4)- 6-1.
