Manchester City into Champions League quarter-finals as Haaland hits five
Erling Haaland scored five goals to equal a Champions League record as Manchester City crushed RB Leipzig 7-0 on Tuesday to move into the quarter-finals. Haaland scored first with a penalty and then added four more to equal a record set by Lionel Messi when he was with Barcelona and Luiz Adriano for Shakhtar Donetsk. Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin de Bruyne also scored to round off an 8-1 aggregate win.
