(PHOTOS) Celebrities Who Didn't Miss the Final Between Alcaraz and Sinner
La gran final masculina de Roland Garros entre Carlos Alcaraz y Jannik Sinner reunió a figuras del cine, el deporte y la política en un evento que trascendió el tenis.
Hollywood Stars and Politicians Present in Paris
The showdown between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner, currently the top two players in the world, became a global event far beyond the tennis court. The match, played at the iconic Philippe Chatrier stadium, attracted big names from various spheres.
Representing Spain, Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska and President of the National Sports Council José Manuel Rodríguez Uribes were seen in the VIP section, showing support for the Spanish star Alcaraz.
Among the most notable celebrities were Hollywood legends Spike Lee and Dustin Hoffman, who had also attended the women’s final the day before and made sure not to miss the grand finale on Sunday.
Sports Icons and Luxury Giants Join the Spectacle
The event was also a magnet for major sports figures. Present were Formula 1 driver George Russell, rugby superstar Antoine Dupont —widely considered the best in the world— and former NBA champions Tony Parker (four rings with the San Antonio Spurs) and Dirk Nowitzki (one championship with the Dallas Mavericks).
The prestigious Arnault family, the wealthiest in France and owners of luxury conglomerate LVMH —one of the tournament's sponsors— also made an appearance.
Also in attendance was Belgian model Jade Lagardère, wife of French businessman Arnaud Lagardère.
In contrast, several high-profile French soccer players such as Kylian Mbappé were notably absent, as they were playing at the same time in Stuttgart, where France defeated Germany 2-0 in the third-place match of the UEFA Nations League.
