American Walkup had 18 points, six rebounds and five assists for Ludwigsburg, who leapfrogged reigning champions Tenerife atop Group B with a 7-1 record.
Tenerife were upstaged by Ventspils 71-65 on home court as they fell to 6-2.
Umana Reyer Venezia, Banvit and Medi Bayreuth are all level atop Group C.
Banvit joined Venezia at the top of the group with a comfortable 90-62 win.
Bayreuth also improved to 5-3 after seeing off Rosa Radom 90-85.
Besiktas Sompo Japan remain top of Group D despite a 90-74 loss to Sidigas Avellino, while CEZ Nymburk were 90-84 winners against Nanterre 92.
