Januzaj late show sees Las Palmas deny Osasuna
Adnan Januzaj scored in the eighth minute of added time as 10-man Las Palmas stole a point in a 1-1 home draw with Osasuna that denied the visitors a chance to move into the top six of LaLiga.
The former Manchester United man came off the bench to bag the equaliser with a free-kick from just outside the box that deflected past Sergio Herrera in the Osasuna goal, salvaging a point after Dario Essugo had been sent off for two yellow cards on 72 minutes.
Osasuna went ahead in the 53rd minute through Aimar Oroz, and might have still won the game at the death but not for a superb save from Las Palmas keeper Jasper Cillessen, who ensured the points were shared.
The visitors could have pushed Mallorca out of the top six with victory, but remain in ninth on 27 points having now failed to win any of their past five games, losing two and drawing three.
For Las Palmas, a point keeps it in 14th on 23 points, but represents a third straight game without a win.
