Conceicao takes first league win in Milan comeback
AC Milan came from a goal down to win 2-1 at Como in Serie A after quickfire second-half goals from Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao granted coach Sergio Conceicao his first win in Serie A.
Como shocked Milan on the hour when new signing Assane Diao's low shot beat Mike Maignan inside his near post.
But Hernandez levelled for Milan in the 71st minute with a volley from close range, before Leao put the visitors in front five minutes later.
The winger raced through and dinked a fine finish over Como goalkeeper Jean Butez to snatch all three points.
Conceicao's first league victory as Milan boss builds on the side's recent success in the Supercoppa Italiana as it looks to climb the table.
This was the seventh time Milan has conceded first in Serie A this season, and it had not won any of the previous six, drawing two and losing four.
But Conceicao has already made the Rossoneri kings of the comeback since taking over, sensationally overturning deficits against both Juventus and Inter Milan to win the Supercoppa Italiana.
That same spirit was on show again here as Milan scored with its final two shots and then held out under late pressure.
