Inter 'two' good for Como
Inter made it 12 games unbeaten in Serie A with a 2-0 win over Como.
Inter kept pace with the leaders at the Serie A summit with second-half goals from Carlos Augusto and Marcus Thuram earning it a 2-0 win over Como at the San Siro.
The Nerazzurri's triumph moved them on to 37 points in the standings, three points behind leader Atalanta with the luxury of a game in hand over Gian Piero Gasperini's side.
A dominant first half from Inter came without reward, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan combining neatly with Denzel Dumfries before the latter blazed his effort over the crossbar.
Simone Inzaghi's side almost found the breakthrough three minutes before the break, but Federico Dimarco's tame strike was easily gathered by Como goalkeeper Pepe Reina.
But the host side found the goal its performance merited shortly after the restart when Hakan Calhanoglu's pinpoint corner was met by the head of Augusto from close range.
The victory was sealed in second-half stoppage time as Thuram gathered Piotr Zielinski's pass before rifling a fierce effort beyond the grasp of Reina at his near post.
