Celtic earns battling point in Croatia
Celtic was held to a goalless draw away to Dinamo Zagreb, in which there was little in the way of action at either end in the Croatian capital.
Kasper Schmeichel had the best moment of the match, with a late save from a Marko Pjaca back-post header.
Celtic, though, dictated the game for long periods and an away point was the least it deserved. The result leaves both teams inside the play-off positions in the Champions League table, with Celtic 17th on nine points and Dinamo 21st on eight.
Crucially for both sides, this was another point towards qualification for the knockout stages of the competition and the game seemed as though neither was prepared to risk losing it, with no clear openings in the first half.
The second continued in a similar fashion, though Celtic was required to stand tall with Auston Trusty doing well to block a chance with his back.
Brendan Rodgers's side did step things up towards the end of the second period, with Adam Idah going close, but neither team was able to get a telling contribution.
