Everton extends unbeaten streak with Wolves draw
Everton extended its unbeaten run to eight Premier League matches after a frantic 1-1 draw with relegation-threatened Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Marshall Munetsi cancelled out Jack Harrison's deflected opener as the spoils were shared in front of a nervous crowd at Molineux.
The in-form Toffees opened the scoring after 33 minutes as Harrison's shot nestled in Jose Sa's bottom-left corner, after a deflection off Matt Doherty.
However, the hosts responded well and were level just seven minutes later.
Bellegarde led the charge during a swift attack and threaded a pass into Munetsi, who neatly slotted a first-time shot past Jordan Pickford for his first Premier League goal since arriving from Reims.
Both teams missed good opportunities to claim all three points in the second half, with Jorgen Strand Larsen working Jordan Pickford and Jose Sa making a fingertip save to keep out Beto mere seconds later.
That was as close as either team came to a winner as Wolves stay 17th but move six points clear of the relegation zone, while David Moyes' side climbed to 14th.
