UFC Featherweight Champion Ilia Topuria has made it clear that he is "ready and prepared for the next dance," as he awaits confirmation of his next challenger inside the octagon.

Topuria Awaits His Next Fight Announcement

During his visit to the Bilbao Arena to support the MMA WOW 16 event, Topuria spoke about his UFC future, though he didn’t reveal specific details about his next fight.

"At the moment, I can't make any statements about my next fight, but I hope it will be very soon," he told EFE.

The Spanish-Georgian fighter also expressed excitement about witnessing his brother, Aleksandre Topuria’s successful UFC debut, highlighting his strong performance.

A Special Connection with His Brother

"I experienced unique emotions that I had never felt before in my life. Walking alongside my brother in that setting and sharing so many great moments with him is something I will remember forever," said Topuria.

The UFC champion praised Aleksandre’s dominance in his first fight with the world’s leading MMA promotion.

"He showed complete dominance. Whether the finish comes or not, he stays 100% focused until the last second of the fight. I saw him in great shape," he added.

Standing Ovation in Bilbao and Connection with Fans

Topuria also acknowledged the overwhelming support he received in Bilbao, where 4,500 fans filled the arena to cheer for him.

"People always told me that Bilbao has a special crowd. I was really looking forward to experiencing it," said Topuria, who attended the event with his son, Hugo, and walked in to the sound of his iconic walkout song, "El Mariachi."
