Total War Between Alphonso Davies and Bayern
After the talented Canadian full-back declined to renew with Bayern Munich, a full-blown war has erupted as the German club has given Alphonso Davies an ultimatum, stating that he has two weeks to sign his renewal, prompting his agent to come to his defense.
"Now they give us an ultimatum and we must react in two weeks because the club is under pressure and has taken a long time to position itself in this direction? It's not fair," declared Davies' agent, Nick Huoseh, in support of the Canadian.
Although Huoseh claimed they were close to reaching an agreement, the entire club management changed, leaving them in the dark for seven months and altering their decision.
"It's a very important contract in Alphonso's career, and we're supposed to make the decision without knowing who will be the coach next season or how the team will be. That's why we think it's unfair to react to the ultimatum," concluded Davies' agent.
It seems likely that Davies will leave the German team at the end of the season, as Bayern is clear: either he renews or he is sold. The team most rumored to take the player is Real Madrid. Will we see him dressed in white?
