The club managed by Pep Guardiola recorded net profits of $93.3 million, marking a profitable season every year since 2014-2015, except for the 2019-2020 season, which was the most disrupted by the pandemic.

Additionally, the City has successfully reduced salaries by $12.6 million, bringing them down to $521 million. The club also posted a profit of $117.3 million from the last two transfer windows, driven by player sales such as Julián Álvarez, Joao Cancelo, and Liam Delap.

These positive financial results place City in a strong position for the upcoming winter transfer market, where Guardiola's side, who have won just one of their last ten matches, may look to find a replacement for Rodri Hernández, who tore his ACL in September and will be out for the rest of the season.

This financial report comes just days after the conclusion of the trial regarding the 130 alleged financial irregularities brought against the club by the Premier League. A verdict is expected in the first half of 2025, though appeals from either side could delay the outcome until at least next season.
