Argentine forward Benjamín Rollheiser has officially joined Santos, signing a contract that runs until the end of 2028.

A Promising Addition

At 24 years old, Rollheiser is seen by the Brazilian club as "one of the biggest emerging talents in South American football" in recent years. He arrives from Benfica, the club he joined in July 2023.

The striker had offers from several teams, including Botafogo, the reigning Copa Libertadores and Brasileirão champions, but ultimately chose the São Paulo-based club.

Career and Expectations

A product of River Plate's youth academy, Rollheiser made a name for himself wearing the number 10 jersey at Estudiantes de La Plata, where he played a key role in their 2023 Copa Argentina triumph.
