Neymar, the star of the Brazilian national football team, has purchased a beachfront lot in Bal Harbour, near Miami Beach, for $26 million, where he plans to build a mansion.
The Bal Harbour property, which was listed with Douglas Elliman for $28.5 million, features approximately 150 feet of frontage along one of the canals and includes a dock for a recreational boat, as reported by the specialized portal TheRealDeal.
Property records indicate that the lot, spanning 0.6 acres, was sold by a company led by Bent Philipson, who bought it for $9.3 million in 2020. At that time, the lot included a house that has since been demolished.
Born 32 years ago in Mogi das Cruzes, Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior currently plays for Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League. With 79 goals in 125 appearances since making his debut at 18, he is the all-time leading scorer for the Canarinha, a title he held until September 2023 when it was previously held by Pelé.
