Kevin de Bruyne Might Leave Guardiola to Play with Karim Benzema
After more than eight seasons under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, Kevin de Bruyne might be heading to Saudi Arabia to join Karim Benzema at Al-Ittihad.
According to reports from the English newspaper Daily Mail, there’s already a total agreement between the player and the Saudi club for him to join them next season, switching things up at 33 years old.
De Bruyne would be the cherry on top for Al-Ittihad's squad, joining a star-studded team with Karim Benzema, Fabinho, and N’Golo Kanté. They’re looking to challenge teams like the current champions, Al-Hilal with Neymar Jr., and Al Nassr with Cristiano Ronaldo.
