Enzo Alves, son of former Brazilian footballer Marcelo, has been called up to the Spain U-17 national team for the second round of the qualification phase for the U-17 European Championship. Born on September 16, 2009, in Madrid, Enzo joined the Real Madrid youth academy in the 2017-18 season at the Benjamin level. Unlike his father, who was an iconic left-back, Enzo Alves plays as a forward and has stood out in the lower categories of the club.

During the qualification phase, Spain U-17 will face Norway on March 19 and Germany on March 22, both matches taking place at the Francisco de la Hera stadium in Almendralejo. Then, they will conclude their participation against Austria on March 25 at the Romano de Mérida stadium. All games will be held in Extremadura.

The goal of the Spanish national team is to finish in first place in their group to secure direct qualification to the final phase of the U-17 European Championship, which will be held in Albania from May 19 to June 1. Only the group leader will earn the direct ticket.
