The match at Neo Química Arena started with an early goal from Yuri Alberto in the 3rd minute, but Juan Cuesta quickly equalized for the visitors just three minutes later.

Before halftime, Matheus Bidu restored Corinthians’ lead, only for Adrián Martínez to level the score again in stoppage time. However, it was Yuri Alberto who sealed the decisive win with his second goal in the 89th minute, sending Corinthians through to the next round.
