Shocking Collision Forces Gavi and Conechny Off the Field

Barcelona midfielder Pablo Páez Gavira 'Gavi' and Alavés forward Tomás Conechny were forced to leave the game in the 15th minute of the LaLiga match at Estadio Olímpico Lluís Companys this Sunday after a hard collision.

Both players clashed heads while contesting an aerial ball in midfield and were left lying on the ground. Medical staff from both teams rushed in to provide assistance for several minutes.

Conechny was stretchered off the field wearing a neck brace as a precaution, while Gavi managed to walk off on his own and attempted to continue playing. However, Barcelona coach Hansi Flick decided to substitute him to avoid any risks.

Fermín López came on for Gavi in the Barcelona lineup, while Carlos Martín replaced Conechny for Alavés.
