A Money-Making Machine! No One Rake in More than Real Madrid
Real Madrid leads the table of European clubs with the highest revenues, according to the UEFA's "European Club Footballing Landscape" report, registering a total of 841 million euros. This places the "merengues" at the top of the report.
The document notes that the top 20 European clubs generated revenues totaling 11.7 billion euros in 2023, representing a "very healthy" increase of 16% over the previous year. These figures confirm that European football is overcoming the consequences of the pandemic, with an increase in all revenue sources and a record attendance at stadiums.
"This sustainable model underpins the strength, resilience, and exceptional growth of European football," said UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin.
The clubs accompanying Real Madrid on the list of teams with the highest revenues are Manchester City, PSG, Manchester United, and Barcelona.
