Good News for Real Madrid with Bellingham and Tchouaméni
Real Madrid will be able to count on Jude Bellingham and Aurélien Tchouaméni for Wednesday's match against Athletic Club.
French midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni and Englishman Jude Bellingham trained without issues on Tuesday at Real Madrid's Valdebebas Training Ground and will be available for Carlo Ancelotti ahead of Wednesday's match against Athletic Club at San Mamés.
Tchouaméni has fully recovered from the left ankle sprain he sustained against Milan. After participating in both training sessions this week, he will rejoin Ancelotti's squad.
Bellingham, on the other hand, has overcome the dizziness caused by the neck “blockage” following a collision with David Soria during Sunday’s match against Getafe and will be part of the traveling squad to Bilbao.
The Injury List
With these two positive updates, Real Madrid's injury list is reduced to five players: Vinícius Junior, Eduardo Camavinga, Dani Carvajal, Éder Militão, and David Alaba.
Alaba, the Austrian center-back, continued his individual recovery work following the ACL injury he suffered on December 17, 2023, against Villarreal. As the anniversary of his injury approaches, Alaba is still working on his rehabilitation.
The session began with the usual warm-ups and rondos, involving outfield players, while the goalkeepers carried out specific drills under the guidance of Luis Llopis, the team's goalkeeper coach.
