Raphinha Still Doesn’t Train at the Same Pace as His Teammates

  • The internationals returned to Barcelona and Raphinha continues to train separately

The return to Barcelona

The six Spanish internationals, the Englishman Anthony Gordon, and the Croatian Dominik Livakovic returned to Barcelona's training on Thursday, in a session where Raphael Dias 'Raphinha' trained separately from his teammates once again.

The last to arrive

The coach Hansi Flick has included the Spaniards Pau Cubarsí, Rodrigo Hernández, Pedro González 'Pedri', Fermín López, Dani Olmo, and Lamine Yamal, who, along with Gordon and Livakovic, were the last internationals to arrive in Barcelona after the international break.

The dilemma of Raphinha

In addition to the injured Andreas Christensen, Raphinha, who suffered a muscle edema in his right thigh with the Brazilian national team, is still not training at the same pace as his teammates, making him a doubt for the league match this Saturday that Barcelona will play against Getafe.

The blue-and-maroon team will hold their final training session this Friday before facing the Madrid team at the Spotify Camp Nou. After the session, scheduled for 11:00 AM, Hansi Flick will address the media. EFE
