PSG vs Troyes | Highlights | Ligue 1
Paris Saint-Germain made it 11 consecutive victories across all competitions thanks to Ilya Zabarnyi's first-half goal. Luis Enrique's side created chances to extend their lead before securing another three points.
Ilya Zabarnyi Fires PSG to an 11th Consecutive Win
Paris Saint-Germain continued their impressive run with a 1-0 victory over Troyes, extending their winning streak to 11 matches across all competitions.
Ilya Zabarnyi scored the decisive goal in the 39th minute, finishing after an assist from Senny Mayulu.
The Ukrainian defender's strike proved enough to secure another victory for Luis Enrique's side, who maintained their strong form at the top of Ligue 1.
Troyes Looking to Build on Crucial Win
Troyes enter the match in 16th place with eight points, just one point above the relegation zone.
They arrive after a valuable 2-0 victory over Le Mans, a result that offered some relief during a difficult stretch.
That win, however, was their only success in their last five matches, highlighting their struggles for consistency.
Facing the league leaders will be a much tougher test, especially with PSG having won ten straight games in all competitions.
Why Is Achraf Hakimi Not Playing Against Troyes?
PSG will be without Achraf Hakimi for Saturday's encounter.
The Moroccan right-back has been granted a rest period until the start of the upcoming international break, meaning he will not feature against Troyes.
The decision was made jointly by head coach Luis Enrique and the club's sporting management.
PSG confirmed that Hakimi's absence is not injury-related but part of a planned rest period.
The 28-year-old defender has been a regular presence in Luis Enrique's lineup and recently delivered one of his strongest performances for the club.
He will now have some time away from club action before the international break.
