Juventus Keeps Pushing for Brahim Díaz
The Italian club continues to view the Real Madrid player as a future target despite the Morocco international prioritizing his stay at the Santiago Bernabéu and moving closer to a contract extension with the Spanish giants.
The summer transfer window ended without a move for Brahim Díaz, but his name has not been forgotten in Italy. Juventus continues to consider the Real Madrid attacker as an interesting option to strengthen its project in the future.
The interest is nothing new. Tuttosport previously reported during the summer that Brahim was one of the players highly valued by Luciano Spalletti, particularly because of his ability to operate between the lines and play in different positions across the attack.
The Turin club explored the possibility of signing him but encountered a clear position from the player: he wanted to remain at Real Madrid. Tuttosport reported at the time that the Morocco international had no intention of leaving the Spanish capital.
Now, the same Italian outlet has once again placed Brahim among the names Juventus continues to consider as it plans for the future.
Real Madrid Has His Renewal on Track
Brahim's contract situation represents another obstacle for any potential Juventus move. His current deal with Real Madrid runs through June 30, 2027, a contract that began after his return to the Spanish club following three seasons on loan at AC Milan.
However, the situation points toward a much longer stay. Multiple reports in Spain have indicated for months that there is an agreement to extend the relationship between both sides, with a new contract that would keep the Morocco international at Real Madrid through 2030.
The extension has not yet been officially announced by Real Madrid, but the player's desire has been an important factor throughout the process. Brahim has chosen to continue fighting for minutes in Madrid despite the intense competition within the squad.
His decision during the summer was another indication of that position. Despite interest from Italy, the attacker preferred to remain part of the Real Madrid project rather than pursue a move elsewhere.
Spalletti Sees Something Different in Brahim
The Italian interest also has a sporting component. According to Tuttosport, Brahim remains one of Juventus' major targets for the future, with the club continuing to monitor his contract situation in Madrid.
His previous experience in Italian football also increases his appeal. Brahim spent three seasons with AC Milan, winning Serie A in 2022 and reaching the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League before returning to Real Madrid in 2023.
The Morocco international knows the league, the country and the demands of playing for one of Italy's biggest clubs, while also offering the versatility to operate in several attacking positions.
Juventus, therefore, has not closed the door. As long as Brahim's contract extension with Real Madrid has not been officially announced, the Turin club will remain attentive to any potential change in his situation.
For now, the player's priority remains Madrid. Juventus, however, continues to push and is keeping his name among the targets that could reappear in future transfer windows.
