Marquinhos Makes History with PSG in the Champions League
Marquinhos hit a major milestone on Wednesday, making his 100th start in the UEFA Champions League during PSG’s Round of 16 first-leg clash against Liverpool at the Parc des Princes.
A New Milestone for the PSG Captain
With this achievement, he joins an elite group of Brazilian players to reach this mark in Europe’s top competition, following Roberto Carlos (120 games), Dani Alves (108), and Thiago Silva (100).
Even more impressively, Marquinhos became the first player in PSG history to start 100 matches for the club in the Champions League, cementing his legacy as a true leader of the Parisian side.
