USMNT head coach Gregg Berhalter hopes his team can get a winning start against El Salvador on Thursday.

Speaking ahead of their opening World Cup qualifier, Berhalter stressed that his team will try to win games and improve their away record.

The U.S. will be looking to return to the World Cup after missing out on a place at Russia 2018.
