Through his social media accounts, the 23-year-old player shared a post featuring plays by the French footballer with the phrase: "how easy he made it look."

Benzema and Vinicius shared the dressing room from 2018 until 2023, the year the Ballon d'Or winner left the Merengues to join Al Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League, where he has faced several issues.
