Boca Expands Its Reach to Become a More Global Club

  • With a 16-match unbeaten streak, international stars, and a new generation of players developed at Boca Predio, the club is expanding its global reach and launching its official English-language social media accounts.

Boca Juniors Enjoys One of Its Best Runs of the Season

Boca Juniors is enjoying one of its best stretches of the season. The team managed by Rodolfo "Vasco" Arruabarrena has gone 16 matches unbeaten, sits second in the annual standings, and remains in contention in the Torneo Clausura, Copa Argentina, and Copa Sudamericana.

Leandro Paredes, a World Cup champion and one of the squad's leaders, heads a multicultural team that has once again placed the Xeneize at the center of the continental soccer spotlight.

Ecuadorian forward Enner Valencia recently delivered a historic performance: he came off the bench against Racing and scored three headers in 23 minutes to overturn a 2-0 deficit and send Boca into the Copa Argentina semifinals.

Uruguayans Leandro Lozano and Miguel Merentiel have also stood out, along with Colombian goalkeeper Álvaro Montero, who has established himself between the posts and become one of the most reliable players under Arruabarrena.

Boca Predio: A Talent Factory

The team's current success is also built on young players developed at the club. Facundo "Mick Jagger" Herrera, Lautaro Di Lollo, and Milton Delgado have already taken on important roles, while Tomás Aranda continues recovering from his injury.

The most explosive breakthrough has been Leonel Flores. At just 19 years old, Boca's rising star enjoyed an unforgettable week: he made his debut for the Argentina National Team against Bolivia, scored twice against Unión, and earned more minutes with La Albiceleste against Burkina Faso before coming on to take part in Messi's farewell against Benin at the Estadio Monumental.

Lionel Scaloni praised his talent and called for patience: "We have to protect him." The national team coach also highlighted the support Flores receives from Vasco Arruabarrena and Mariano "Mono" Markic at Boca.

A Global Expansion Worthy of Its History

Amid this successful period, Boca has taken another step in its global expansion strategy. As part of an initiative led by Juan Román Riquelme's administration, the club has launched its official English-language social media accounts.

Fans can follow the latest Xeneize news through @bocajrsen on Instagram and @BocaJrsEN_ on X. These platforms will feature match results, training sessions, interviews, club updates, and exclusive content tailored to an international audience.

Boca now joins a select group of global soccer giants that operate dedicated platforms in multiple languages to connect directly with their supporters.

Boca Sets Its Sights on More Glory

The next major challenge will be the Copa Sudamericana semifinal against Vasco da Gama. The first leg will take place on Tuesday, October 13, at La Bombonera, with the return leg scheduled for one week later in Rio de Janeiro.

Boca will also face Banfield on November 14 for a place in the Copa Argentina final, while continuing to pursue its ambitions in the Clausura and annual standings.

Boca is competing again, inspiring excitement with its young talents, and taking its identity beyond Argentina. Because the Xeneize no longer wants only to win trophies: it also wants to conquer the world.
