PSG Unveil Stunning New Facilities
Paris Saint-Germain officially inaugurated its state-of-the-art sports complex, the Paris Saint-Germain Campus, located in Poissy, west of Paris. This facility will centralize all activities for the club's professional and academy teams.
Situated just 25 minutes from the Parc des Princes, the campus spans 59 hectares, featuring 150,000 square meters of outdoor spaces along with indoor facilities.
A Hub for All PSG Teams
The new campus is designed to unify the club's operations, hosting both the professional men's and women's squads as well as youth academy teams.
"For the first time, all PSG teams will share a single space, fostering cohesion and development within the club," the club stated.
Cutting-Edge Features
The campus boasts:
- Three training fields exclusively for the men's first team.
- One dedicated field for the women's team.
- Six fields for academy players.
- A 500-seat stadium for matches.
- Therapeutic pools and hydrotherapy facilities.
Additionally, the campus includes:
- Classrooms and study areas.
- A 230-seat auditorium.
- A restaurant and leisure spaces.
- 131 dormitory rooms for youth players and 43 for professional athletes.
Economic and Social Impact
According to the Center for Sports Law and Economics (CDES), the new campus is projected to generate €243 million in economic benefits for the Paris region during the 2023-2024 season.
The facility, built at a cost of nearly €300 million, was funded by the club.
PSG also launched its "PSG For Communities" program, aiming to support underprivileged youth through funding and initiatives, further solidifying its commitment to social impact
