The Killers and the personalities who attended the 2025–2026 UEFA Champions League Final
The Puskás Aréna in Budapest, Hungary, became a true parade of stars, as several well-known figures gathered for the showdown between Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.
The UEFA Champions League Final is one of the most anticipated and high-profile events in world football. Being present at the clash between French side Paris Saint-Germain and English club Arsenal at Puskás Aréna in Budapest was a privilege reserved for only a select few, with several high-profile figures in attendance. Here’s a look at who was there.
THE KILLERS STEAL THE SHOW
Beyond the players on the pitch, it was American rock band The Killers who stole the spotlight with the pre-match entertainment.
The Las Vegas group joined in the atmosphere already building in the stands, soundtracking the spectacular Hungarian venue with some of their biggest hits. With performances of “When You Were Young,” “Human,” “All These Things That I’ve Done,” and “Mr. Brightside,” the band leaned into nostalgia to elevate the excitement before kickoff.
FAMILIAR FACES FROM FOOTBALL HISTORY
Before the ball was rolled, one of the most striking presences among footballing personalities was Thierry Henry. Representing Arsenal, the French legend stepped onto the pitch alongside compatriot and PSG delegate—still active defender—Presnel Kimpembe. Together, they carried the Champions League trophy, the coveted “Big Ears” awaiting its new champions.

Henry, an iconic figure of the famed “Invincibles” side that etched its name into English and world football history in 2004, was also present in his role as a television pundit.
Another familiar face from the media world was David Beckham, who featured in a commercial announcing The Killers for the Kick Off Show. The former England star was seen in the stands within the press area.
MORE AMERICAN PERSONALITIES
Two figures from the NBA also made appearances at the event. Tony Parker was present supporting Paris Saint-Germain, while Luka Jović was seen as a fan of Arsenal inside the Puskás Aréna.
However, the name that drew the most attention was American rapper Travis Scott, who has also confirmed that he is currently working on a new album. He was seen in high spirits in the section supporting PSG.

EXECUTIVES AND POLITICAL FIGURES
Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of Paris Saint-Germain, was seated in the presidential box alongside FIFA president Gianni Infantino, UEFA president Aleksander Čeferin, as well as Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar and Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ) president MLSZ chief Sándor Csányi.

One of the more notable appearances was that of Florentino Pérez, current president of Real Madrid, who was also present amid attention sparked by rival candidate Enrique Riquelme, who sent four buses to the Hungarian capital featuring his image and the message: “Rivals come and go. Real Madrid always returns.”
