Lamine Yamal Is Back!
The young Barcelona star, who has missed the last three matches due to an ankle injury, returned to training with his teammates on Wednesday.
Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal, who has missed the last three matches due to a grade 1 syndesmosis injury in his right ankle, participated in part of the team’s training session on Wednesday.
According to manager Hansi Flick, following the Blaugrana's 3-0 Champions League win against Brest, the goal is for the young attacker to be fit enough to play some minutes in Saturday’s La Liga match against Las Palmas.
Positive News with Ronald Araujo
In addition to Yamal, Uruguay's central defender Ronald Araujo also took part in part of the session at the same pace as his teammates. Araujo is in the final stages of his recovery from a hamstring tendon injury he sustained during last summer’s Copa América.
Both players joined the recovery session held at the Joan Gamper Training Center, along with reserve team players Andrés Cuenca and Guillermo Fernández.
