Paris Saint-Germain, coached by Luis Enrique, suffered a difficult match against AS Monaco, who secured a 3-1 victory at Parc des Princes in Ligue 1 Matchday 25.
Despite the defeat, the defending French champions remain top of the league table, still ahead of RC Lens.
Goals from PSG vs Monaco
The scoring opened in the 27th minute, when Maghnes Akliouche put Monaco ahead.
Later, Aleksandr Golovin added the second goal for the Principality side, even though Monaco faced moments of pressure after Luis Enrique made several changes.
One of those changes was the introduction of Ousmane Dembélé, which improved PSG’s attacking rhythm.
The home team pulled one back through a great play by Achraf Hakimi, finished by Bradley Barcola.
However, in the final part of the match, Folarin Balogun scored Monaco’s third goal to seal the victory.
Despite the result, PSG remains at the top of Ligue 1 with a four-point lead over Lens, who will play against Metz on Sunday.

Ousmane Dembélé returns
After three matches out due to injury, Ousmane Dembélé returned to action as a substitute against Monaco.
The Ballon d’Or winner changed the dynamic of the team after coming on and could return to the starting lineup in the Champions League clash against Chelsea.
