With two more goals in the win over Brest, he now has 101 career goals in the Champions League, becoming only the third player in history to reach this milestone, joining the ranks of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

The Polish striker has also been in fine domestic form, netting 15 goals in La Liga, and his presence is proving to be a decisive factor for Barcelona's ambitions in Europe. A clinical forward like Lewandowski is vital for any top team, and Barcelona is reaping the rewards of his form.

However, Lewandowski is not the only one contributing to Barcelona’s scoring spree. Raphinha has also had a standout year and has quickly become an indispensable part of Barcelona’s attack. The Brazilian winger has scored five goals in the Champions League, including a stunning hat-trick against Bayern Munich. Together, Raphinha and Lewandowski have formed a lethal partnership that has played a key role in Barcelona’s impressive run.

Looking ahead, Barcelona faces a tough test in their next Champions League match, away at Borussia Dortmund. A win in Germany would significantly boost their chances of advancing to the knockout stages, with the top eight teams earning direct qualification to the round of 16.
