Pedri and De Jong Travel to Paris Without Medical Clearance
Barcelona traveled to Paris to play the Champions League quarter-finals with two key players who still haven't received medical clearance.
Footballers Pedro González 'Pedri' and Frenkie de Jong, still without medical clearance for their respective injuries, are the main news in Barcelona's squad list to face Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals this Wednesday.
Both players are in the final stretch of their physical issues, and if they get the green light from the medical staff, they could make a comeback in the match at Parc des Princes in Paris.
Defender Andreas Christensen, who has missed the last two league games due to Achilles tendon discomfort, is also part of the 25-man squad for the first match of the tie.
In addition, the Barcelona squad includes long-term injured Pablo Páez Gavira 'Gavi,' who will be in Paris to support his teammates. The Andalusian midfielder and full-back Alejandro Balde are the only absentees from
the Barcelona team.
